Sure, anyone can work out at a gym, but you need to get creative sometimes. During the pandemic Courtney revealed her workout routine on Instagram, which can be done anywhere. It includes 50 punches with light weights, lunges with weights, squat jumps, sprints, four hooks, squats, jump squats with resistance bands, more sprints, and then stairs.

Courtney has been kickboxing since she was a kid. "Then vs Now – 20 years difference sameish sport , I started kickboxing at the age of 6 carried it out for 10 years then broke my arm and just never went back 10 years on and the passion was never lost thank you @mickey_amoojr for getting me back into it. I love posting my fashion and makeup but sometimes I feel like sharing my life and memories makes me happy," she captioned this throwback video.

Courtney also loves a certain elongating workout. "Not sure why I waited so long to try @zerogravitypilates it's my new obsession , training with my besties as always @amberturnerx @chloejmeadows #Pilates #gym," she captioned this video.

In addition to kickboxing, Courtney also likes to fight with her hands. "Take your gf to boxing night – Dusted off the boxing gloves , it's been a while thanks @mickey_amoojr," she captioned this video.

Courtney allows herself to indulge on occasion. Burgers with fries, dessert, and alcoholic beverages are a few of her cheat foods and drinks. "Don't plan a cheat meal just for the sake of having a cheat meal," advises registered dietitian Kate Patton, RD to the Cleveland Clinic. "You can always try to go slow at first. Maybe allow yourself to step off your diet just for a very special occasion. If you discover then that it's not for you, then don't force it." Also: "Exercising for a longer period or at a higher intensity somewhere else in your day can help with the extra calories you're adding."
